Jazlyn Ruiz 
is a dancer, choreographer, model, and teacher living in Orlando, Florida.

Jazlyn Ruiz grew up dancing in her hometown of Holland, Michigan. It began with ballet at age 12, then expanded into other styles, and in 2019, she earned a BA in Dance Performance, Choreography, and Communication from Hope College. Upon graduating, Jazlyn danced with various regional dance companies, including MoJo Lab, CPR Dance: Inhale Movement Company, Movement Reservoir Dance Company, and Urban Garden Performing Arts,

Since then, Jazlyn has taught across the U.S., Europe, and South America, working with movers in creative conferences, after-school programs, pre-professional divisions, and summer camps. In addition to technical dance classes, Jazlyn leads workshops for spiritually-hungry dancers and dance-enthusiasts seeking to explore prayer as dance

In 2019, Jazlyn was invited to act in a commercial, which jump-started her work as a model in commercials, promotional videos, and e-commerce with clients like Nike, Target, and Zoom, to name a few.


Since 2020, Jazlyn has modeled and acted in commercials, promotional videos, and print work with clients like Nike, Target, and Zoom. She had the opportunity to collaborate on projects like music videos, live concerts, private events, and site-specific performances.


Outside of performance and teaching, Jazlyn is a Communication Specialist and Founder of JAZZMAKE, a communication & marketing agency.
